Due to the perishable nature of our products, once preparation for delivery has begun (usually 24 hours before dispatch), cancellations and amendments may no longer be possible or may incur a charge. Custom floral arrangements or made-to-order designs, once prepared, are non-refundable.

To request an amendment or cancellation, please contact us promptly with your order details. Anerley Florist reserves the right to deduct the cost of any flowers or products already prepared if sufficient notice is not received. Where eligible, refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.

Returns, Refunds and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the product received, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where relevant, and we will review your concern. Where the product is found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, Anerley Florist may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of flowers, claims made after 24 hours from delivery are not normally accepted except in extenuating circumstances.

Returns of fresh flowers are not typically required due to their fragility; however, non-floral items in a saleable condition may be eligible for return subject to arrangement and agreement. Any refunds agreed upon will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Liability
